Vintage 0.76 ct Diamond and 0.18 ct Sapphire Platinum Dress Ring Circa 1940. A stunning vintage 0.76 carat diamond and 0.18 carat blue sapphire, platinum cocktail ring; part of our diverse gemstone jewellery and estate jewelry collections. This stunning, fine and impressive sapphire and diamond dress ring has been crafted in platinum.

The pierced decorated, Art Deco style setting is ornamented with a feature 0.24 ct Old European round cut diamond, collet set to the centre of the arrangement. The feature diamond is encircled by a total of twelve calibre cut blue sapphires. The surrounding setting has a quatrefoil design is ornamented with a further eight Old European round cut diamonds, pavé set. The elevated and pierced decorated ring shoulders integrate with the main setting and join the shank at a subtle cuff design.

This vintage dress ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the mark for platinum (pt). The ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading certificate for the feature diamond in addition to an independent diamond grading report card for the supporting diamonds and sapphires. Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone.

This vintage 1940's cocktail ring is fine quality set with blue sapphires and very high colour graded old cut diamonds. The ring is a very good gauge of gold and is in excellent condition with a clear hallmark to the interior of the shank. Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this fine example of gemstone jewellery/estate jewelry.
