Missing one leather covered button with another present but requires reattachmemt. You'll find that button in pocket. There are a few spots on front that are thin but not a "hole". A 6 in span along hem is dingey but I think a rinse with running water would remove.
A few other small spots that show when eagle eyeing will remove easily with same simple rinse. Otherwise this coat is a gem.
