CROCKETT & JONES HAND GRADE MONK STRAP BLACK - UK 11 CHADWICK - EXCELLENT CONDITION. A very fine pair of semi-brogue single monk-strap shoes in black calf leather from C&J perfect for dressing-up or dressing-down. These are from C&Js Hand Grade range. They are in excellent used condition overall notwithstanding a little creasing across the vamps, the odd surface mark here and there and some signs of wear on the soles, mainly where a small area of the leather closed-channel over-skin has been lost (see photos). The shoes have been professionally fitted with new quarter-rubber leather heel pieces and are unworn since then. The width fitting is E which is the standard width fitting. The style is Chadwick an elegant single monk-strap design that features some neat punched detailing around the uppers.

These were built on the 358 Last. The shoes feature close-channelled leather soles, calf leather uppers, full leather linings and offer all the quality that one expects from this traditional English shoemaker.

Arrived on time and well packed up. Extremly great shoes and just as described.
