CROCKETT & JONES HAND GRADE BROGUES BLACK. UK 9 VERY GOOD CONDITION. A fine pair of vintage cap-toe quarter-brogue oxford shoes in beautiful black calf leather from C&J never out-of-place.

This pair were made for, and retailed by, Harrods, London and they are built to C&Js Hand Grade standards. They are in very good used condition overall notwithstanding some creasing across the vamps and the odd surface mark here and there mainly at the heels and toes (see photos).

This pair have been professionally fitted with Vibram non-slip rubber over-soles and quarter-rubber leather heel pieces and are unworn since. The width fitting is E - which is the standard width fitting. The shoes were built on the 330 Last and the style name is Chamberlain. The shoes feature close-channelled leather soles (with brand new Vibram non-slip rubber over-soles), calf leather uppers, full leather linings and all the hand-built quality that one expects from this traditional English shoemaker. Arrived on time and well packed up.
